1. Order processing time
A. Information You Give Us Directly
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from the time the order is confirmed and payment is received.
• For pre-orders, bulk or customized orders the processing time will be shown on the product page and at checkout.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes
• Standard Shipping (economy) — typically 3–7 business days within India.
• Express Shipping (fast) — typically 1–3 business days where available.
• International Shipping — transit time depends on destination and customs; typical ranges are 7–21 business days.
Transit times above are estimates and begin after the processing period. During seasonal peaks (festivals, sales) or due to carrier disruptions, transit times may be longer. We partner with reputable courier services and select the best carrier for cost and speed.
3. Shipping charges & free shipping
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, delivery address and shipping option selected.
• We may offer free standard shipping for orders above a minimum cart value; any current free-shipping thresholds will be displayed on the website and at checkout.
• For international orders, shipping charges shown at checkout are for carriage only — import duties, VAT/GST and customs fees are not included unless explicitly stated. The recipient is responsible for customs charges unless we state otherwise. (Customs policies and duties vary by country.)
4. Packaging & eco-friendly promise
Shuddhkrishi Organix packs products with protective, food-safe materials and wherever possible uses recyclable / compostable / minimal packaging to reduce waste. For fragile or glass-packaged items we add extra internal protection. If you have special packaging requests (e.g., gift wrap) please mention them at checkout — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
5. Tracking your order
• Once your order ships, you will receive an email / SMS with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page.
• Tracking updates are provided by the courier; minor delays in tracking status updates can occur during transit. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will investigate.
6. Delivery instructions & missed deliveries
• Please provide a complete delivery address and an accessible phone number. Couriers may attempt delivery more than once depending on local practice.
• If a package cannot be delivered (incorrect address, recipient unavailable, refused parcel), it may be returned to us and you may be charged for return shipping for re-dispatch, unless the issue was caused by us.
7. Perishable & shelf-life products
• Many of our products are packed to retain freshness and will include shelf-life information on the label. For perishable items, we recommend checking the label for storage instructions immediately on delivery.
• If an item appears spoiled or damaged on arrival, please follow the Damaged Orders process below.
8. Damaged, missing or incorrect items
- Take clear photos of the packaging and the product(s).
- Email our support team at support@shuddhkrishi.in (or use the contact form) within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
- We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a refund, replacement or courier pickup. Timely reporting helps us escalate with the courier and arrange a fast resolution. (Carrier investigations may take several days.)
9. Cancellations & changes
• Orders can be cancelled or modified prior to shipping. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us immediately at support@shuddhkrishi.in
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations may not be possible. Returned parcels are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
10. Bulk orders & business customers
We welcome bulk, institutional or export orders. For bulk enquiries, please contact our sales team at support@shuddhkrishi.in with product codes, quantities and delivery location — we’ll provide customized pricing, shipping options, and lead times.
